Returns / Cancellations

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of shipment. Returns are accepted by prior communication and only if the products are unused, in their original condition and the packaging of the products has not been opened or unsealed. Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

 - In case of an error on the behalf of our company, please notify us within 3 three days of delivery and we will then refund the amount corresponding to the value of the order along with the shipping costs.

 - In case that no error occurs on the part of our company and a product is returned for an irrelevant reason, we only refund the value of the products. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods.

 - If you return items of an order in which the original order is entitled to a free product, the free product must be returned and unopened in its original condition and its packaging must not been unsealed, altered, or damaged. Products returned without the additional free product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his own expense.

 - Once your order has been received and inspected please allow 10-14 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The retail receipt is also required for returns.

 - In case the return is not made within the period of 7 seven calendar days from the day of the receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, our company has the right to not accept the products back and to not replace them. 

  • Before returning the product please contact the purchasing department by phone or email.

 

DAMAGED, MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge and we will ask you to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging. 

Product Return Procedure

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.

Once you have communicated by phone or email with the purchasing department, enclose the item(s) you wish to return in the original box. Please note that we cannot accept to refund a product if it has been damaged during delivery to us.  In case the package arrives, and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above.  It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be charged.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can be accepted only before the shipment of your order, either by phone or by sending us a notice of cancellation by e-mail. We are not able to stop processed orders from dispatch, even if you send us notice of cancellation before receiving your Dispatch Confirmation. 

Note

 Our company reserves the right to cancel or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

 In case of repeated returns or in case our company, in its absolute discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
