Natural Green Jade has been prized for centuries for its healing properties and natural ability to support circulation, aid the body's detoxification process, and promote a sense of calm and balance.
Use the flat or ridged edge. Τhe ridged side gives a deeper massage. Apply the Body Sculpting Cellulite Cream from foot to buttocks. Hold the Gua Sha at a 45° angle and use firm, upward strokes. Start from the lower leg, avoiding the back of the knee and bony areas, then move up the thigh. Repeat on the other leg. For deeper muscle work, use the ridged edge with back-and-forth motions. Mild redness is normal and shows effectiveness, bruising should not occur.
